The month of May always brings the annual State testing for our 3rd through 8th-grade students. Our students thoroughly enjoyed their pre- and post-testing activities this year as the students were served breakfast, got to socialize for a bit and Mr. H ensured that the students (and staff) were awake by engaging them in some movement activities.
Also, the younger students took turns every morning by providing a supportive message before the testing began each day. And, everyone’s favorite visitor, Marley, came every morning to give hugs and show his support for the students.
Both students and parents provided positive feedback regarding the implementation of the ‘5-point Testing Plan’.
